While it’s okay to indulge in these types of foods every once in a while, consuming them on a regular basis can have negative impacts on your health. Eating too much junk food can lead to weight gain, an increased risk of developing chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease, and other health problems.

It’s important to maintain a balanced diet that includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats while limiting your intake of junk food and other empty-calorie foods.
